So-called low-cost companies offering unusually low tariffs for the flights, for more then ten years occupy a significant niche in the market of passenger transportations. The Accor hotel chain, announcing, budgetary rest in the hotels, has decided to follow the lead of airlines.  

In particular, in the French hotels of a network under name Formule1 clients are offered to lead night at the price of only 32 euros.  And in hotels of Ibis and Etap network in all cities a day of residing will manage in 70 euros, that is also considerably below the average level the prices in the hotel market. 

The Accor marketing experts approve, that the reduction of the price is not reflected in the quality of service, and now it became possible due to reduction of the operating device, optimization of charges of the company on advertising and other clauses of expenses. In spite of the fact that low-cost hotels are located mainly on suburbs of the cities, decrease in tariffs has allowed to fill an available number fund as quickly as possible.  

Positive results of Accor’s experiment are likely to become an example for imitation, and the concept of low-cost hotels will become same habitual, as well as low-cost airlines are.   The principles of Accor’s low-cost concept differ from traditions of the budgetary hotels known to the European tourists.

The dangerous virus became the reason of death of 159 victims. 

The act of terrorism in Eilat has caused a shock in representatives of tourist industry.  According to the report of the World tourist organization in 2006 the number of tourists in the world has made nearby 842 million people, that on 4, 5 % exceeds results of 2005 and is an absolute record. The embassy of France in Moscow has declared about its intention to transfer registration of entry visas for citizens of Russia of the private company up to the end of 2007. Problems with registration of the French visas have begun in the spring of 2006. Then as a result of strike of employees of a consular department 2 days of the visa to France stood out only under urgent applications. Travel agencies have lost hundred thousand euro, and about 3000 Russians could not get to France for May holidays.

The reasons of such step are not explained. But there have been some assumptions that French ambassadors have decided to struggle with illegal immigrants, getting to France under the cheap tour. As a result tour operators should pay 2 million euro to the clients who have not received the visas and 500 thousand euro more - to hotels as the penalty for annulment of booking.
The situation has repeated in December, 2006, and a New Year’s rest about 1000 tourists who have already paid the permits was under threat of failure. The consular department has explained such decision by the doubled number of usual applications for the given period.

Archeologists are convinced that people lived in these places not constantly, but only during religious holidays and funerals. Scientists declare, that this, largest in territory of British Isles neolith, settlement has been constructed 2600-2500 B.C. This time coincides with prospective date of construction of a Stonehenge.
The Stonehenge is the most ancient monument of the last centuries in territory of the Great Britain. It is located in the area of a county Wiltshire, near to city Salisbury. The Stonehenge represents a construction from 82 five-ton megaliths, 30 stone blocks in weight on 25 tons and 5 huge stones which weight reaches 50 tons.
Some archeologists specify complexities in an establishment of exact date of occurrence on our planet of a Stonehenge because this mysterious construction not once was reconstructed. The scientists are assured, those builders, and then the visitors of a Stonehenge lived in the village.
Today the researchers have dug out only eight buildings, but excavation proceeds, using the special geophysical equipment, archeologists have defined, that in this district it is possible to find out other inhabited constructions. They assume, that the neolith village consisted, at least, of hundred houses.
The houses which have been found out by archeologists are insignificant on the area - about 25 square meters. They have been made of wood, and the floor has been covered by clay. In the middle of the house the center settled down. Researchers have found out 4600-years dust scattered on a floor, pottery, pieces and also of animals’ bones.
Scientists consider that people visited this village in days of religious celebrations and funeral ceremonies. Thus, the Stonehenge is one of the most ancient pilgrim centers on the Earth.
Researchers are assured, that grandiose neolith banquets occurred here. In the middle of winter people gathered here and consumed a significant amount peep, to what heaps of the scattered bones testify. Researchers have not found out any craft equipment in village, there are no also proofs of that inhabitants were engaged here in agriculture.
Scientists also believe that the people, who arrived here, celebrated transition of the dead relatives in afterlife. The Stonehenge was a final point in a life of ancient people. Here brought dead men, spent special pagan rites, and then cremated them on coast of the river.
Archeologists also consider that the Stonehenge was a sacral place for people who worshipped to the ancestors and communicated with souls of the dead.

Sipadan

Maldives

What does ISIC card offer?

The Association of owners of international student’s certificate ISIC (International Student Identify Card) is one of the five associations entering in ISTC. ISIC is a unique official international student’s identification card which simultaneously is the discount card, giving from above 17 thousand of discounts and privileges worldwide (from 5 % up to 100 %). The discounts extend literally on everything: on accommodation in hotels and, on all kinds of transportations and a municipal transportation, on visiting of museums, theatres, cinemas, exhibitions, on telephone conversations and many other things. Pupils can get this card practically at any educational establishments. Only the student’s or student’s ticket (or the information from an educational institution) and a photo 3×4 is necessary for its registration. The cost of the card is established by the International confederation of student’s tourism and makes $7. 
What is an ITIC card?
Since 1984 the International Teacher Identity Card, similar to the student’s card, is issued by the Confederation ISTC. The cost of the card is $7. The list of privileges for teachers is a little bit less, than for students. ITIC card allows saving essentially on traveling worldwide. For registration of the card you should present the document (reference) confirming, that you are the teacher of the educational institution, and a photo 3Х4. 
How to reduce the price of the air ticket
