Transatlantic flights will become cheaper
The European Union and the USA have agreed upon free transatlantic area. It can lead to toughening of a competition and decrease in quotations. The American companies can transport more Europeans, and European companies will receive freedom of a choice: they can take off from any city of the European Union and land at all airports of the USA and on the contrary.
Air flights between Old and New World make about 60 percent of the international traffic. About 50 million passengers cross Atlantic annually. Due to the new contract their quantity may increase in one and a half time within the nearest 5 years.
Meanwhile, analysts quote that the air agreement between the European Union and the USA can lead to toughening of a competition and reduction of prices of the European and American airlines. The “Standard and Poor’s” airlines’ analysts consider that the new agreement will be reflected differently in airlines’ activity. According to their predictions the most advantageous position large European carriers will be occupied by Lufthansa and Air France companies. They have more opportunities to fly to the USA from different places. In loss there will be the greater part of English companies - British Airways and Virgin- may loose their market positions. In due course they will face with a serious competition from the European and American airlines.
Now, these are the passengers, who will be the unconditional winners on both parties of Atlantic. Rivalry will necessarily lead to reductions of prices for air tickets.

“Boeing” has been transformed into a yacht
Nowadays, using large-scale vehicles on non-direct purpose becomes the latest fashionable tendency. A yacht-island, the plane-house is not far from the only indentures that can surprise us today. Have you ever dreamed to travel by the plane… on the sea? We hope, yes, because now it has become quite possible with new plane-boat Cosmic Muffin.
These unusual means of transportation are made on the basis of very rare “Boeing
-307 Stratoliner” plane, constructed in 1937. Plain-yacht has been introduced by the Goward Huse pioneer aircraft company.
However present owners of the plane, the PlaneBoats Company, reconstructed it up to unrecognizability, having transformed the plane into something average between plane and a boat.
The plain has received the name “Cosmic Muffin”.
The cabin of the pilot, from which management of a boat is carried out, was kept inside. However, the speed of the plain, which is carried out by means of the engine, is provided by the accurately copied V-8 engine, used in “Boeing”, and it can gain a little bit more than 32 km/h. However, for those who wish to spend time with coziness in unusual cruise, so small speed will not be an obstacle for having a pleasure during the trip.
Now Cosmic Muffin is accessible to public only on order. The boat leases to all interested persons, corporate parties, advertising, films and television projects.

The most stylish cities of the world
Global Market Insite’s researchers have published a rating of most stylish cities of the world.
The rating is made on the basis of the answers received during online-poll in which15, 26 million respondents in the age of from 18 till 64 years have taken part. The inhabitants of Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Russia, Spain, England and the USA have become the participants of the poll.
Respondents were offered to estimate cities-applicants by following criteria: “the International status”, “Site”, “Potential”, “The Rhythm of a life”, “People” and “Conditions”.
In the final rating, including 60 cities of the world, - Sydney which has risen in comparison with the previous research on 2 items, owing to improvement of image of city and minor alteration in a technique of interrogation, occupies the first position. London is on the second place, Paris is on the third position, and the fourth and fifth lines were divided by Rome and New York. Washington, San Francisco, Melbourne, Barcelona and Geneva are the first ten leaders.
According to “climatic conditions” and “hospitality” categories Moscow is in the end of the list. The climatic aspect of a brand of city is most important for tourism and emigration. Cities, which are deprived this natural advantage, should seriously work on positive perception of social, cultural and economic sphere in order to compete in the field of attraction of tourists and new inhabitants. In other words, they should find other ways to warm the “city”.
Petersburg is regarded as “the European city, in which many beautiful museums, historical a building and architectural monuments are accumulated”.
British scientists say that today cities compete with each other for consumers, tourists, investments, respect and attention. Megacities are the economic and cultural centers of the nation, which are also becoming a place of the international rivalry in the field of capitals, talents and glory.

Museum expositions, festivals, concerts, and folklore holidays - all this are considered with members of the commission.
Except for it one of defining factors foresees the representation of new tourist routes and excursions for inhabitants and visitors of Macedonia.

The five-star Bahrain Hotels are being deadlined on elimination of lacks and to improve the level of the offered services. The official representative of the ministry of culture of Bahrain on tourism affairs has declared, that all places of entertainment in hotels of the country should be closed till July, 1st. In the beginning of 2007 the government of the country has passed the law forbidding the sale of alcohol in bars and restaurants of hotels, and limiting stay of women at pools and on beaches.
The new measures will be implemented despite of protests of lodgers to cancel new rules the country. Moreover, “closing date” for hotels has been already established. Thus, almost 80 % of from 104 available hotels in the country, which till now have not closed bars and restaurants, have received the unambiguous prevention. Except for the hotels, the new law on morals orders all restaurants, bars, discos and other places of entertainment, which are being in residential areas or near to schools and mosques, to be closed. Biometric identification of luggage and new system of safety
Tourists always face different innovations. Today it is biometric identification of luggage and new system of safety at the US airports.
One of problems, with which travelers often are often faced, is a problem connected with luggage. Attempts to its decision are undertaken in Sweden. Now, when you are handing over the suitcase, you should leave prints. The procedure is extremely simple: you just have to put a finger to the reading out device. For receipt your luggage on arrival, it will be necessary to pass through the same procedure. The system is to be also implemented by the SAS airlines. Now passengers are authorized to use old methods of registration.
At the airport of city the Phoenix (Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix, USA) the new system of safety is established. Experts unanimously talk about its efficiency, and passengers - about the infringement of human rights. The matter is that “checked” person will be shown naked on the monitor that is hardly pleasant. The only way out, arranging both side, has been finally found: some parts of the body will be retouched. Everyone should be ready to that the system will be shortly introduced at other international airports of the USA. The only “calming” fact is that the device is not capable to keep, unpack and transfer the image.
The European Union has changed norms of duty-free import of the goods. Now they make 430 euros on the person for air and sea way and 300 euros - for overland. At crossing EU’s border all the imported goods, which has not been intended for a private use, should be declared. It is better to keep before returning home cash vouchers and the other papers confirming purchase. Also do not forget, that nobody cancelled other restrictions. For example, these are the restrictions, connected with cigarettes and alcohol. Practically each country has a limit on import/export of these products.

Women’s island will be established in Iran
The new “just for women” resort will be created in a northwest province of Iran. Under these purposes the whole island on Lake Urumie is allocated.
According to strict laws of the Iranian Islam dialogue with men on public is forbidden to women. It is considered, that similar traditions are dictated by aspiration to protect women, but not in which case to not limit their right.
There will be no men at all on Arezou Island (”Arezou” means “desire”). The public transport, restaurants and other services will be served only by women.
In spite of the fact that the Iranian women still should carry a veil at some governmental offices, the situation with their rights is being successfully improved.
The part of the Iranian beaches is reserved only for women. There women can remove their scarves and shawls and to dress in bathing suits.
Women have already cleared for themselves road to national sports, on stadiums, neglecting strict division of floors. Some parks “only for women” have already been created. The island - the entire women’s resort - becomes a one more step of the outlined tendency.
