After consultations with Eurocommission, Rostransnadzor and Rosaviation have forbidden the fault airlines to fly to EU down to settlement of the received remarks. As Ministry of Transport of Russia informed, such measures have been taken to not put significant damage of Russia as to one of leading aviation powers and to raise safety of Russian air flights. Yesterday this interdiction was also declared by Eurocommission.
Henceforth the nine “forbidden” airlines should necessarily coordinate all the charter flights with Rosaviation. Separate flights in EU can be resolved in unusual cases and only at the strict safety control.

Rosaviation chief has told that now 183 airlines are registered in Russia, 25 of which provide almost 100 percent of all aviatransportations. During 2006 the domestic companies have served 38 million air passengers, that is for 8,5 percent more, than in 2005.
