Before the flight

Concerning a feed onboard, there also are some special recommendations. In spite of the fact that many airlines had an installation on a low-calorie feed, nevertheless the quantity of consumed calories for the person, long time being in a motionless condition, is too high. Especially it is important for those who want to be slim.

Because of the long sitting legs “directly” get tired the first. Therefore skilled travelers recommend to take with them convenient footwear into the plane, and even simply spare warm socks and to put on something soft and free, not constraining your movements. Anyway, forget about your favorite fitting jeans! A warm sweater is also necessary - a temperature of air in interior does not rise above 20 degrees, and only the quickest one wins a struggle for warm plaids.
