The Hollywood stars buy up popular resorts

Pop stars, musicians and actors, are completely not alien to business affairs. They, as the present businessmen, like to buy the real estate and to earn money on it, increasing their wealth. Possession of resorts is a favorite business activity of the celebrities.  Why not? You have a rest, and bring pleasure to other people. And the stars do not buy up hotels and houses at someone another, but they prefer to build their own huge zones for the resorts with all conveniences. 

David Copperfield, the great illusionist, has bought to himself at once some islands of Exuma in a southern part to Bahamas for $50 million. His resort, under name Musha Cay, is a place, where it is possible to forget about the existence of a civilization at all. For $24 750 per day you can grasp with your friends and enjoy transparent-blue waves and white sand of the Caribbean Sea. Musha Cay is so isolated place that not more than 20 persons are allowed to have a rest there at the same time. The actor Michael Douglas owns a luxurious hotel Ariel Sands on Bermudas. This hotel, named “in the honor of” the spirit of the sea and pleasure of an Ariel from Shakespearian tragedy “Storm”, is being possessed Douglas family for many decades. The actor used to spend his school vacations there, and after some years the resort became to be visited by Michael’s wife Catherine Zeta-Jones. Pink sandy beaches, red-pink cottages, ocean view… Such fantastic, impression actually lives somewhere here. 

In 2005 the “Titanic” star Leonardo DiCaprio has bought a Blackadore Caye. It is a 104-acre island at the coast of Belize. As place Blackadore Caye is in 25 minutes of rowing by a boat from the Belize barrier reef, therefore the known defender of an environment Dicaprio wants to make it an ecological resort.   Coppola is Leonardo DiCaprio’s Belize neighbor. To the American director liked Belize even during shootings a picture “The Apocalypse today “. Nowadays he has two resorts in Belize, Turtle Inn and Blancaneaux, and one in tropical woods of Guatemala - La Lancha.
